New Seminar Series: "I QUIT. YOU'RE FIRED!" - June 20, 2007 from 2:30 to 4:30

Finding, hiring and retaining qualified employees in Wyoming is a constant challenge that we all face. To address this challenge, the Wyoming Innovations Network is continuing its seminar series on June 20, 2007 for all CEO’s, HR Mangers and hiring managers in Wyoming entitled “I Quit, You’re Fired!”

Peter Reis, former North Amercian Philips Corp Director of Personnel Services and now WBC, Chief Support Services Officer will be discussing the true costs of hiring and firing personnel. In this seminar, Mr. Reis will answer the following questions:

What is the real cost of turnover?
Why do employees leave organizations?
How can organizations reduce turnover?

This interactive session will be approximately 2 hrs long. The first hour will encompass a presentation follow by an interactive case study opportunity to ask very candid and specific questions regarding HR.
