In a recent survey conducted by the WTO regarding the "Skilled Worker Immigration and Fairness Act," we discovered that WTO members (in a ratio of 3:2) feel increasing the number of H1B visa holders may help in the short run but it does not address the more important issues of educating and training the domestic workforce.
- A majority (45%) of respondents disagree that allowing unlimited numbers of H1B visa holders will be beneficial to their business while 30% of respondents agreed.
- Half (50.0%)of the respondents have employed H1B Visa holders.
